These one of a kind knives will be finished soon, a 6” petty chef’s knife and a 5” paring knife.
They both feature ebony handles with inlay of yellow heart to give the appearance of a Bee. The blades are made from 80crv2 steel and hardened to 57 Rockwell C. They will both be in their own kydex and leather, handmade Saya(sheath), to protect them and the user when being stored. They will have a metal ring on the back of each to hang them. The leather will be hand tooled with a bee and a few other little touches. I make everything from scratch, from steel to kydex, to leather. You will never find another pair of kitchen knives like this!
