This is a one off Herb chopper made from 1095 High Carbon steel. It's unique shape allows a number of different gripping methods. It is sharpened to 18 degrees and is like a razor blade. The sheath is hot formed kydex, with a hand tooled leather patch. You can lay it flat and crush garlic, chop veggies, herbs and probably some small shrubberies!
