This Nakiri vegetable cleaver is made from 1095 steel, ground right handed and extremely thin. cutting edge is sharpened to 12 degrees. The handle is made from a hybrid resin burl with a copper spacer and Ebony bolster. The Saya (sheath) is hot formed kydex with hand tooled Hermann Oak leather.
